1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging EVENTIQO's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

EVENTIQO provides premium event management and brand experience services including corporate launches, BTL activities, and road shows across India. All service arrangements are subject to a formal agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement.

3. Bookings and Deposits

A confirmed commission requires a written agreement and a non-refundable deposit as specified in the service proposal. The deposit amount varies by event type and scale and will be clearly outlined in your event proposal.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are event-specific and outlined in your signed agreement. In general terms:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event: 50% of the deposit may be refunded.
• Cancellations made 30–90 days before the event: No deposit refund.
• Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before the event: Full balance may be due depending on vendor commitments made on your behalf.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their event requirements, guest counts, and special needs in a timely manner. EVENTIQO cannot be held liable for issues arising from late or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Force Majeure

EVENTIQO shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or acts of God. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule at the earliest opportunity.

7. Photography and Media

EVENTIQO reserves the right to photograph and document events managed by us for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless clients expressly request otherwise in writing prior to the event.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, imagery, design concepts, and event documentation — is the intellectual property of EVENTIQO and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

EVENTIQO's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service delivery.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

11. Amendments

EVENTIQO reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal requirements. Client records are retained for 5 years following event completion. Inquiry data from non-clients is deleted after 12 months.

Our website uses only essential cookies necessary for basic site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that identify individuals without consent.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. Our website is served over HTTPS with a valid SSL certificate.
